Working Principle:

The ECLIPSE Guided Wave Radar transmitter is based on TDR technology (Time Domain Reflectometry). TDR utilizes guided waves (probe rod) to propagate electromagnetic pulse signals. When the pulse reaches the liquid surface, which has a higher dielectric constant than the air (εr=1) it travels through, part of the pulse is reflected. Ultra-high-speed timing circuitry accurately measures the signal transmission time, enabling precise measurement of liquid level (or solid level).
